Our Key Stage 2 children had the opportunity to meet Shamim and her team who taught them about refugees in the UK. Shamim shared her story about being a refugee in the UK, having arrived from Uganda, and the kindness that she felt when she first arrived. Shamim and the team delivered a workshop to our Year 4 children which they were all completely immersed in. As ever, it was wonderful to see the children showing the virtues of kindness and respect
