We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to the cost of our wraparound care provision.
Over the past few years, we have worked hard to keep our fees as low as possible. This has been achievable in part due to funding through the National School Breakfast Programme; however, this funding concludes at the end of the summer term. Given this, alongside rising staffing, food, and operational costs, it has become necessary to adjust our prices to ensure our provision remains sustainable.

Key Information
- Quality of Care: We remain committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment. Breakfast Club will continue to offer a healthy breakfast, and a light snack will be provided during The Den sessions.
- Booking Process: All bookings must be made and paid for 36 hours in advance via the Arbor app. You will need to have credit on your account to make a booking. Please see the attached guide to help with the booking process.
We understand that any cost increase can impact families. We have kept this adjustment to the absolute minimum required to maintain appropriate staffing levels and resources for your children.
